Megan Zahneis

Megan is one of 50 people worldwide born with a rare neurological disorder that disallows the ability to feel temperature, touch, and pain. Megan is also deaf, but she serves as a leader through her writing, advocacy, and public speaking. She is currently developing a disability-issues podcast. Since 2011, Megan has served as the first and only Youth Correspondent for Major League Baseball Advanced Media. She is president of the National Honor Society, co-editor-in-chief of the yearbook, and she is a published author as well as a writer for www.mlb.com, the Major League Baseball website.
