Kevin Ji

To help empower the youth, Kevin joined the Palo Alto Youth Council (PAYC). Kevin has witnessed the emotional stress his peers have experienced due to bullying and intolerance. He created forums to capture the experiences and opinions of mental health professionals, students, and parents. Kevin, along with other facilitators, recorded anonymous notes during group discussions and provided their recordings to the City Council to improve the city’s teen policy. Kevin was invited to the Center for Disease Control to share his findings and his perspectives on the importance of the youth’s mental health. Kevin is the founder of FinancialLiterarcyForYouth.org, and he is a program manager for Build Our Future for Under Resource Family. Kevin is the founder and president of the National History Club, a member of the varsity water polo team, and he is a published writer.
