Griffin explains that his role of “Fielder” for the Seattle Mariners has afforded him the opportunity to not only mentor special needs employees, but also to adapt to his fast-paced work environment. Griffin created a promotional plan for the Seattle Mariners, “King’s Castle.” This marketing plan is centered around college students studying special education and around special needs families in need of support. Griffin has led over 150 marketing students as an HR manager and a marketing III team leader. Griffin is a three-year participant in his school’s business and marketing program, and he intends to major in management information systems or marketing. Griffin has served as a stable hand at Motts Stables, and he is a manager in the school store.
