As a freshman, Arisbeth, along with three other students, created the Arcadia Student Advisory Board. Each year A-SAB holds a school-wide viewing of the movie Bully or an episode of MTV’s If You Really Knew Me, and the students return to their classroom to have a class discussion about bullying. Instead of focusing on negative terms and offering Bully Week, A-SAB provides Kindness Week. The students are reminded of the countless lives lost to bullying, and all students receive an anonymous, positive note. Arcadia students are also supported through Facebook and Twitter accounts known as Arcadia Compliments. Arisbeth is a secretary at Lawyer Agents LLC, and she is the Student Body Vice President.
