Mary Leveridge is the founder and managing member of Payroll Strategies, LLC.  She is also a partner in AGH, LLC a Georgia Based regional CPA firm.  Mary has been with AGH since 1993 and remains an essential part of the AGH business advisory practice. Her expertise guides clients during the start up, growth, and transition stages of their business and allows each client to tackle their day-to-day challenges.  In 2003, she founded Payroll Strategies, LLC with the goal of servicing clients of her firm with a level of expertise and customer service that was unheard of in the payroll outsourcing industry.  Her knowledge of corporate entities and ability to unravel the dynamics within them has facilitated not only the growth of clients within the company, but also in developing her company’s own infrastructure.  The underlying principle being that the substance of any company lies within its people, who she insists be knowledgeable, personable and have a desire to please the customer.

Mary’s skills span a broad range of issues including entity structure, cash flow management, compensation arrangements and planning. She applies her knowledge to the manufacturing and service industries as well as property management,  but she is most often recognized for her activities in the healthcare industry.

A native of Hazard, Kentucky and a graduate of Georgia State University, Mary has practiced public accounting in Atlanta and Chicago and purchased companies as an associate with a venture capital firm in Chicago. Mary currently serves on the board of the National Society of High School Scholars Foundation, and on the pension committees for several clients. She is currently a member of the Georgia Society of CPAs, AICPA, NPMA, American Payroll Association, Independent Payroll Providers Association, and SHRM.
